By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. You are responsible for providing accurate details (e.g., Free Fire Player ID) for processing your order. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information secure.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing orders. Any false information may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are only processed after successful payment verification. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank Deposit
  • Visa/MasterCard
  • Online Transfer
  • eZ Cash
  • iPay
  • LankaPay

You agree that you will not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4. Delivery of Top-Ups

We aim to deliver your top-up within the stated time frame. However, delivery times may vary due to technical or third-party issues. Incorrect Player ID or account details provided by the customer are not our responsibility.

Please double-check your details before placing an order. Once a top-up is successfully credited to the provided game account, the order is considered complete.

For membership subscriptions, access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they are being processed. Refunds are only issued in cases where payment was made but the top-up could not be delivered due to our fault.

No refunds will be given if:

  • The customer provides an incorrect Player ID or details
  • The game server is under maintenance or unavailable
  • Payment issues occur due to third-party services
  • The customer changes their mind after successful delivery

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the order within 5-7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product descriptions, and design, is owned by Linzzo Store. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Free Fire is a trademark of Garena. We are not affiliated with Garena or any official gaming platform. We only provide top-up services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Linzzo Store is not responsible for:

  • Service delays caused by internet issues, server downtime, or third-party providers
  • Any losses resulting from incorrect account details provided by the customer
  • Unauthorized use of your payment information outside our control
  • Game account suspensions or bans by game developers

We are not affiliated with Garena, Free Fire, or any official gaming platform. We only provide top-up services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
